I can’t help but tear up whenever reading about Challenger. My “where were you?” story – I was at math camp in preparation for heading into year 12. We didn’t have TVs in our dorms, although a few people must have found one to watch while chatting late into the evening. In the morning, the news spread around the camp like wildfire – for a bunch of nerds, this was like a punch in the stomach. Still a very vivid memory. 🙁
