		<description><![CDATA[Mrs Spencers has been a great influence to all children at mss in the field of science. We ard very lucky to have her. My daughter and her friends had her last year in year 2. Who would have thought so many aspects could be linked to science. It was a great year with astronomy, looking at plant and animal kingdoms via mictoscope and dna level. Despite having two parents who have degrees in science and being told we know nothing, but mrs spencer does, it was great to see a positive ingluence on miss 8 in the area of science as well as miss 5 who was yet to start school. This year, at miss 9, my daughter continues to love being a &quot;geeky rockstar&quot;, loves science and can&#039;t wait yo be part of sc@m. Unfortunately, she doesn&#039;t like hearing or watching anything about blood, body parts and yet her her sister has grabbed the enthusiasm and just wants to get straight in and learn all about science. Even at the school they have commited themselves to start science as early as prep.I am sure the kids are now developing a love of science from this early age, i really enjoy getting asked about what they found out today about all aspects of science. They even the class do at home activities, all the kids are now encouraged to be observant of environment, matter, materials as well as what happens next sequencing. 
Miss 9 now has dreams of being a pilot using skills in other areas of science. She loves many other areas of school, art, music, sport but one day, if she does contunue her dream, I&#039;ll think fondly about her school days being enthusdd about svience whilst I lay back enjoying the jet-set tickets I hope will be sent my way.]]></description>
