Sridhar Gutam, PhD is Senior Scientist (Plant Physiology) at Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture, Lucknow a constituent establishment of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). He had earned his doctoral degree from Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi and joined Agricultural Research Service of ICAR in January 2004. He is currently acting as convener of Open Access India. His interests are Plant Physiology, FOSS and Open Access.
